The parent firm at erccoach.com covers the broader expense-reduction work; this host is specifically for traditional search funds, self-funded (SBA) searchers, independent sponsors, and the funds behind those deals.

Joe Lapscher is the partner who runs the ETA book. He works from Hoboken, NJ and covers the New York metro area, with nationwide delivery on engagements that fit. Before ERC he spent a decade-plus in engineering and product at GE, Citrix, and three fintech companies — taking apart messy operational data sets is the transferable skill. Expense Reduction Coaching has been doing contingency cost reduction for over 30 years; Joe's father has been at it for 13.
