Privacy

This privacy note is for eta.erccoach.com, the ERC Coach (Expense Reduction Coaching) site used by search funds, SBA searchers and independent sponsors. It describes what the site actually does today and nothing more.

The contact form collects what you type into it: your name, email, company, employee count, how you describe yourself, and your message. We also record which page you submitted from and the referring source in the URL (the src parameter), so we know which outreach channels are working.

We use that information to reply to you and to scope a potential engagement. We do not sell it, and we do not share it outside Expense Reduction Coaching except where needed to deliver a service you have asked for.

Booking is handled by Cal.com, which processes the details you enter into the calendar under its own privacy policy.

We also use Google Analytics and PostHog to measure how the site is used — pages viewed, how you arrived, and which buttons are clicked. These set cookies and process that data under their own privacy policies. We read it in aggregate to understand what is working, not to identify you.
